100% pass rate achieved for CAI Award
Our award winning Commercial Collections Department achieved a staggering 100% pass rate to successfully renew and attain the ‘Collectors Accreditation Initiative’ award from the Credit Services Association last week to achieve CAI status within the industry.
The Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI) is a test to measure and assess a Collection Officers knowledge and understanding of compliance for the Industry sector. The examination encompasses individual’s awareness and understanding of the regulatory aspect and legal frameworks in place.
The Credit Services Association (CSA) is the only National Association for the Debt Collection industry and associated services. The CSA was founded in 1902 and has over 400 members, representing approximately 90% of the industry.
Jeff Frost, Commercial Debt Collection Manager said “We are delighted to have achieved a 100% rate which is a massive feat in itself. Federal Management undertakes regular training programmes and workshops to ensure that all personnel are kept fully updated of any changes to compliance related matters ensuring optimum performance at all times. The CAI award represents a clear and definitive understanding of the laws governing the Debt Collection industry.
A Debt Collection Agency with staff that do not have a in depth working knowledge of matters relating to compliance could present a serious liability for their clients.
