Federal Management was established in 2004 by our current Directors, based upon a wealth of direct experience gained within all aspects of the Debt Collection Industry. The sole purpose was to create and provide the UK’s leading Professional Debt Collection service.
By exercising a deep passion for what we do combined with a hard work ethic, we quickly managed to gain a reputation for delivering superb results. This has always been achieved at minimum cost to our clients.
Our Innovative Debt Collection practices along with continued investment in cutting edge technology has been the backbone of our success. We are regulated by the FCA and are proud of our achievements to date.

In 2012 we launched FM International, a specialised service to deal with high level and VIP Debt Recovery across the globe. This is primarily to cater for the prestige and wealth associated industries.
The next few years will see Federal Management grow even stronger with further development of our fast track collection methods, use of cutting edge technology and a strengthening of existing partnerships.

Our commitment to excellence in the Debt Recovery field has always been the basis for our success. We have held ISO:9001 accreditation in 2009 and the Investors in People award for a number of years. We also hold accreditation from the Credit Services Association with a 100% pass rate.
We are the only Debt Collection Agency accredited by the Financial Services College (Formerly the National Skills Academy) which provides a clear indication that our services are way above the levels of that of your ‘Average’ Debt Collection Agency.
