Our Company

Federal Management was established in 2004 by our current Directors, based upon a wealth of direct experience gained within all aspects of the Debt Collection Industry. The sole purpose was to create and provide the UK’s leading Professional Debt Collection service.

By exercising a deep passion for what we do combined with a hard work ethic, we quickly managed to gain a reputation for delivering superb results. This has always been achieved at minimum cost to our clients.

Our Innovative Debt Collection practices along with continued investment in cutting edge technology has been the backbone of our success. We are regulated by the FCA and are proud of our achievements to date.

Marc Curtis-Smith – Founder and Managing Director

Marc has worked within the Debt Recovery industry for almost 25 years, dealing with all aspects of Debt Recovery in both the Commercial and Consumer landscapes.

Pamela Bamber – Finance and Operations Director

Highly decorated with a Masters Degree, Pamela’s passion is all things operational and methodical. Pam has also been with the Company since it began in 2004.

Tony Meadows – New Business Manager

Tony has been an instrumental figure within the success of Federal Management. He has developed a wealth of expertise in the Debt Collection sector.

Having previously been a Collections Manager for a law firm, Keith’s specialist knowledge is valuable to the daily recovery operations at Federal.
