10 Year anniversary of our ISO9001 Quality Accreditation

We recently renewed the accreditation of our quality service and systems to the ISO:9001 standard for the 10th consecutive year. Since 2004, Federal Management has constantly strived to improve year on year, the level of service delivered to our clients.

In the past 15 years we have surpassed the standards as laid down the ‘average debt recovery agency’. Everybody knows that for the best results you need the best service. Our mantra is to set the standards for the Business Debt Collection industry with our pioneering practices and this has been widely recognised.

As well as the ISO:9001 accreditation, we have achieved other awards and accreditations since we began. We are the only Debt Collection Agency that has received wards and accreditation from the National Skills Academy. We have also been accredited by Investors in People with a Grade A rating.

The excellent work of our Debt Collection Officers was recognised a number of years ago by the Credit Services Association by way of the CAI accreditation. We are also the only Debt Recovery service that is approved and accredited by the Financial Services National College.

The saying goes that you should not judge a company on what they say they will do, judge them on what has already been done. A proven track record of success both in terms of service delivered and a high level clientele base.

Federal Management were originally awarded the ISO:9001 accreditation in January 201. Every year, external auditors have visited our Head Offices to monitor our progress and validate our efforts. A high level of accreditation sees us with a Grade 1 rating.
