Clever Negotiations
Federal Management takes each case on its own merits. We know that there are some people who want to pay but can’t, while there are others who can pay but simply refuse to. That is why when a consumer claims they are unable to pay all at once we will request proof of income and expenditure to evaluate the claim. This means that if a payment arrangement is agreed upon, each week, fortnight, or month, we will take payments for the maximum amount possible. |

As the payments come in, it is not unusual for debtor’s circumstances to change which is why Federal Management always agree to review a case after a certain period of time to ensure that if the consumer is able to pay more, they are doing so. |
