Federal Management opens new Scottish Office

Federal Management are proud to announce the opening of a new Scottish Office in Western Scotland which marks a major achievement for the continued success of our company.

The investment in a new Scotland office will aid current Scottish Business and Debt Recovery operations as well supporting plans for growth within our Scottish customer base. It underlines our ambitions to for continued growth within the UK and reaffirms our pole position as the the UK’s leading Debt Collection Agency.

The new office has officially opened today under the leadership of Marc Curtis-Smith, CEO of Federal Management. We are already working with clients in the region as well as potentially creating new job opportunities over the coming months.

Initially established in 2004, Federal Management is a leading Commercial Debt Collection Agency with an excellent reputation for delivering a highly professional service at minimal cost to its clients. Federal has represented thousands of Businesses across the UK by way of recovering millions of pounds every year in unpaid debts.

Our Head Office is based in Lancashire with regional offices in London and Manchester. This new Office is viewed as a major statement of intent so far as our commitment to delivering the best possible Debt Collection service to Businesses across the country.

The new offices are located in the major western port Town of Oban. Albany Chambers which is the new home of FM’s Scottish operations are on the historic Albany Street only a few doors away from the regions Sheriff Courts and Police station. They are also opposite the regions municipal council buildings and the Office block is shared with large Accountancy firm Simmers & Co.

Primarily the new operations will support Scottish companies in the collecting unpaid invoices etc owed to them from English companies and vice versa. Sister company and Private Debt Collection specialists Frontline Collections will also be operational from the new location in terms of administration.

Initially the office will be the hub for Scottish Debt Collection development along with administration and operational support.
