Federal Management’s Award Winning Debt Recovery teams have been awarded further Accreditation, this time from the Credit Services Association (CSA)

The Credit Services Association, which is the Debt Recovery Industry’s main trade body, have awarded Federal Management the CAI ‘Company Accreditation’ status. This official and revered recognition demonstrates the levels of professionalism within a Debt Collection Agency.

The CAI stands for ‘Collector accreditation initiative’ and was introduced in 2010 by the CSA to set the bar when it comes to Industry and compliance knowledge. It was designed to improve standards across the Industry as a whole. Collection Officers and/or Collectors are required to take an exam.

The exam consists of various elements of Debt Collection such a processes, compliance etc and there must be a minimum pass rate of 70% The average pass rate achieved by the Collection Officers of Federal Management was a whopping 95.3% which is way above the industry average.

Federal Management supported the initial introduction of the ‘minimum standard’ and are one of only a very small number of Debt Collection Agencies to have attained the accreditation every since since its introduction in 2010.

It is the not the first time Federal’s achievements has been officially recognised as they hold accreditation for ISO:9001 for professional management standards and processes. Also, they were awarded Investors in People status.
