As the demand for Federal's services grew, significant investment was made in high level staff training, innovative technology and the development of strategic collection practices to ensure that our services were way ahead of our competitors. Unparalleled success in the Debt Collection sector forced further expansive measures to service our client’s requirements and in 2008, we moved to our current Head Office Federal House.
Constant improvements in our Debt Collection methods and in depth enhancement of our internal procedures saw official recognition for our achievements in 2009, as we were awarded the ISO9001 accreditation for high levels of professional practices and internal management systems. Federal Management's commitment to staff training and development has seen us awarded the 'Investors in People' Accreditation in 2012.
